I spent most of today in a cherry picker, overseeing the installation of my recent sculpture "Fire-light."What an amazing day. I couldn't be happier seeing how everything has come together—the way the colors, light, and breezes in the atrium work together is beautiful.

Almost there!

On Monday, October 11th I'll be installing my sculpture "Fire-light," created as a permanent installation for the First Unitarian Church in Portland. Fire-light will be suspended from the ceiling of the central atrium at the church complex. Photos to come soon.

Candyce Scott's most recent installation will be revealed this fall in Portland, OR. Her newest work is monumental in scale, with over 2,000 individual pieces capturing light and motion inside the atrium at the First Unitarian Church in downtown PDX. Opening details to come.
